The Hard Drive Recovery Process

Once you have called us and consulted with one of our data recovery technicians, we request that you ship your device as soon as possible. Once we receive your hard drive or media, we will log it into our system and queue it for immediate recovery. We will then call you with any further issues your hard drive or media may be encountering that may be different than that of our original phone consultation. Usually this is not necessary.

Recovering Your Data
Once we are ready to proceed, we will effectively "clone" your hard drive or media, so that the integrity of your data is never at risk. We perform all recovery procedures on a sector-by-sector basis on a duplicate of your original drive. We then queue your media or drive for full recovery. If you have specifically requested expedited service, we will automatically place it at the front of the recovery production queue.

Data Security
Data security is a key facet of the data recovery process. We regard it is one of our most critical responsibilities. For clients that specifically request it, we can sign non-disclosure agreements. But, understand that with or without an agreement, your data is completely secure.
